Job Description
- Creative Strategy and Solutions - Leading a team to create & deliver fast moving creative solutions across brands: Digital, Social, Performance, Ecom creatives.
- Strategic inputs on the overall content approach for brands and create disruptive creative solutions backed by strong consumer insights.
- Create & maintain a robust creative services partner ecosystem to deliver path-breaking solutions.
- Drive fame & fortune for both clients & agency alike.
- What you will need to demonstrate:
- A. Creatives Services - Social & Digital Media
- Experience in a top digital agency, content creation is a must!
- Experience in communications development, social media management, creative planning & execution for digital campaigns and production process.
- Experience in managing the business of content/creative with a rich body of award-winning work to back it up with.
- Exposure to content deployment through programmatic, DCO, performance and ecommerce platforms an added advantage.
- Domain expertise of all social media platforms from content creation to planning and page management.
- Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
- Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- B. Partner Ecosystem
- Working closely with content and strategy partners, across different category verticals, to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights.
- Experience in dealing with external partner ecosystem & internal verticals a must.
- C. Technology
- Integration of tech-led innovation and solutions
- Experience with new-age tech platforms (AI, voice, web3, etc.) is also required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15-18 years of experience in creative services across social mandates, fast-moving digital creatives, and content production.
- Experience in managing mandates across Social Media Strategy, Large-scale digital content production for campaigns across large clients is preferred.
